摘  要:目的研究半导体激光穴位照射(SLAI)联合智能康复机器人(IRR)治疗脑卒中偏瘫(SH)及对Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)的影响。方法前瞻性选取2018年7月至2021年1月于首都医科大学附属北京康复医院治疗的SH患者114例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(n=57)、对照组(n=57)。对照组行IRR治疗,联合组行SLAI联合IRR治疗。治疗前后,观察两组大脑后动脉(PCA)、中动脉(MCA)及前动脉(ACA)等颅内血管平均血液流速、平衡及肢体运动功能。结果治疗后,两组PCA、MCA、ACA平均血液流速均较治疗前升高,且联合组PCA、MCA、ACA平均血液流速为(41.69±4.35)、(61.97±6.33)、(50.06±5.22)cm/s,均高于对照组[(37.85±3.89)、(57.75±5.98)、(45.64±4.73)cm/s],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BBS评分及上肢、下肢FMA评分均较治疗前升高,且联合组BBS评分及上肢、下肢FMA评分为(51.97±5.32)、(53.89±5.52)、(30.98±3.27)分,均高于对照组[(47.29±4.94)、(46.97±4.90)、(26.86±2.83)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SLAI联合IRR治疗SH可改善患者颅脑血流动力学,提高其平衡能力及肢体运动功能。Objective To study the effect of semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation(SLAI)combined with Intelligent rehabilitation robot(IRR)on stroke hemiplegia(SH)and BBS score and FMA score.Methods A total of 114 patients with SH treated in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated of Capital Medical University from July 2018 to Jan 2021 were prospectively selected and divided into combined group(n=57)and control group(n=57)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with IRR,and the combined group was treated with SLAI and IRR.Before and after treatment,the mean blood velocity of intracranial vessels such as posterior cerebral artery(PCA),middle artery(MCA)and anterior artery(ACA),balance and limb movement function of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the average blood velocity of PCA,MCA and ACA in the two groups were faster than those before treatment,and the average blood velocity of PCA,MCA and ACA in the combined group were(41.69±4.35)cm/s,(61.97±6.33)cm/s,(50.06±5.22)cm/s,which were faster than those in the control group[(37.85±3.89)cm/s,(57.75±5.98)cm/s,(45.64±4.73)cm/s],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BBS score and FMA score of upper and lower limbs in both groups increased compared with before treatment,and BBS score and FMA score of upper and lower limbs in combined group were(51.97±5.32)points,(53.89±5.52)points,(30.98±3.27)points,which were higher than those in control group[(47.29±4.94)points,(46.97±4.90)points,(26.86±2.83)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SLAI combined with IRR can improve cerebral hemodynamics,balance ability and limb motor function of patients with SH.
