高职网络精品课程在线教育中“工匠精神”培养的策略研究

摘　　要：现今我国社会经济水平迅速发展,高职网络精品课程的在线教育受到人们广泛关注,在教育中也体现了我国教育发展方向的转变,也在教学中更加注重工匠精神。依托网络课程开展对教学资源进行管理、培训,进而建立信息化教学形式的发展方向,对我国教育事业的发展也起到重要的推动和改革作用。笔者将重点针对高职网络精品课程“Creo3.0模具设计(模具CAD)”在线教学中的工匠精神培养开展研究,并探索其人才培养的策略方法,从而保障其教学的有效性,也推动我国教育事业的进步与发展。Nowadays,the social and economic level of our country is developing rapidly,and the online education of high-quality network courses in higher vocational colleges has attracted widespread attention.It also reflects the change in the development direction of my country’s education in education,and pays more attention to the spirit of craftsmanship in teaching.Relying on online courses to carry out management and training of teaching resources,and then establish the development direction of information-based teaching forms,which plays an important role in promoting and reforming the development of education in China.The author will focus on the research on the cultivation of craftsmanship in the online teaching of the high-quality online course "Creo3.0 Mould Design (Mold CAD)",and explore the strategies and methods of its personnel training,so as to ensure the effectiveness of its teaching and promote China’s the progress and development of education.
