摘  要:随着中国电信云网融合以及数字化转型步伐加快,数据中心和IDC机房的规模不断扩大,机房基础设施的运行与维护的难度及工作量也随之加大,同时对维护人员的运维水平提出了更高的要求。为了实现网络设备安全、可靠运行,机房的环境必须保证恒温恒湿,空调系统需要全年7*24小时不间断工作。因此如何有效地确保机房环境始终安全可控和节能高效管理,已成为机房运维工作者面临的一大挑战。在这一背景下,北京电信网运部动力中心利用基于AI的智能模糊控制方法,对IDC机房环境运行参数进行分析和预测,制定和实施控制策略,实现机房环境的智能化、安全性和节能性的统一协同管理。根据对数据中心运营数据的验证结果,基于模糊控制的IDC机房环境安全管理对机房的环境参数控制,达到了预期效果,实现了机房安全管理的数字化升级,对类似的运营商数据中心安全管理,具有积极的参考意义。With the acceleration of China Telecom’s cloud-network integration and digital transformation,the scale of data centers and IDC computer rooms continues to expand,the difficulty and workload of operation and maintenance of computer room infrastructure have also increased,higher requirements have been noticed for the operation and maintenance level of maintenance personnel.In order to achieve the safe and reliable operation of network equipment,the environment of the computer room must ensure constant temperature and humidity,and the air conditioning system needs to work 7*24 hours a year.Therefore,how to effectively ensure that the IDC room environment is always safe and controllable,energy-saving and efficient management has become a major challenge faced by the operation and maintenance team of the IDC room.The power maintenance center of China Telecom Beijing network operation department employed AI-based intelligent fuzzy control method to analyze and predict the environmental operation parameters of the IDC,formulate and implement control strategies,and realize the unified collaborative management of intelligence,safety and energy saving for the IDC.According to the verification results of the data center operation,the environmental safety management of the IDC based on fuzzy control achieved the expected results,realized the digital upgrade of the IDC safety management,and a positive reference significance for similar operator data center security management.
