摘 要:当前,航天产品质量追溯效率低、成本高,不适应高强度研制需求,通过对航天产品质量全追溯现状进行分析,提出并构建了以信息化系统为平台,以产品码为牵引的航天产品质量全追溯框架,并通过实际研制场景的应用,实现了航天产品高效高质的质量全追溯管理。Present,the quality traceability of aerospace products is inefficient and high cost,which cannot meet the demands of high-intensity production.This paper analyzes the status of aerospace product quality full traceability,proposes and constructs a space product quality full traceability framework based on information system as platforms and product codes as traction. Through the application of actual production scenarios, the high-efficiency and high-quality full traceability management of aerospace products is realized.
