摘 要:轻量化是商用车的重要的技术突破方向,整备质量减轻,可以实现节能减排的目标。论文基于汽车轻量化新技术和测试新方法,运用Hyperworks有限元软件,对某商用轻卡基础钢制传动轴和铝合金传动轴轻量化方案进行了结构优化对比分析,同时搭建零部件台架试验设备,进行铝合金传动轴最大扭转能力分析,开展实车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性能测试分析和铝合金传动轴轻量化方案CAE分析。试验结果显示,铝合金传动轴方案最大扭转能力与基础钢制传动轴方案相当,铝合金传动轴方案噪声、振动与声振粗糙度实车性能要优于钢制传动轴,轻量化效果达到12 kg,效果显著。Lightweight is an important technological breakthrough direction for commercial vehicles.The reduction of curb weight can achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,based on the new technology and test method of automobile lightweight,using the finite element software Hyperworks,the structural optimization and comparative analysis of a light truck foundation steel transmission shaft and aluminum alloy transmission shaft lightweight scheme are carried out.At the same time,the parts bench test equipment is built,the max torsion capacity of aluminum alloy transmission shaft is studied,and the vehicle noise,vibration and harshness test analysis is carried out,the CAE analysis of the aluminum transmission shaft lightweight scheme is equivalent to that of the base steel scheme,and the noise,vibration and harshness real vehicle performance of the aluminum alloy transmission shaft scheme is better than the base shaft,and the weight of aluminum transmission shaft is reduced by 12 kg,and the lightweight effect is remarkable.
