摘　　要：现阶段宣钢公司所处的时代背景、市场环境和转型升级高质量发展的战略目标,对企业培训管理工作提出了更高的要求。宣钢公司人力资源系统通过建设入库人才动态管理考核系统,完善网上学、练、考、评一体化平台等举措实施信息化培训体系建设,进一步夯实管理基础。At the present stage,Xuan Steel Company is in the background of the Times,the market environment and the transformation and upgrading of high-quality development of the strategic objectives of Enterprise Training Management Work put forward higher requirements.Xuan Steel Company Human Resources System through the construction of dynamic management and assessment system for talent storage,improve online education,training,examination,evaluation integration platform to carry out information training system construction,further consolidate the management foundation.
