摘　　要：现阶段科学技术的发展迅猛,国家明确将“信息化水平大幅度提升”作为全面建设小康社会的其中一个目标,信息化为社会各行各业带来了革命性的变革,这些改变已经对指挥管理工作带来意义重大的影响。文章积极探索信息化指挥管理的规律和特点,分析提高信息化指挥管理工作效果的对策建议。With the rapid development of science and technology at the present stage,the nation clearly takes“substantial improvement of the informatization level”as one of the goals of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Informatization has brought revolutionary changes to all walks of life in the society,and these changes have had a significant impact on command and management work.The article actively explores the laws and characteristics of informationized command and management,and analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of informationized command and management.
