摘 要:直升机试飞过程中,需要通过平飞试飞得到平飞需用功率,飞行过程中燃油消耗导致实际重量逐渐偏离目标重量,增加了修正误差。本文介绍了保持换算重量不变提高飞行高度的平飞试飞方法,给出了旋翼转速固定和旋翼转速随密度比变化两种情况下燃油重量和飞行高度的关系。忽略高度提升对温度的影响,燃油重量与压力高度是线性相关的。试飞结果表明变高度平飞相比往返平飞可以减少重量带来的修正误差,提高试飞精度,同时可以更加合理地安排试飞计划,减少因不同高度、温度对试飞带来的影响。In the process of helicopter flight test,the required power for level flight needs to be obtained through level flight test;the actual weight gradually deviates from the target weight due to fuel consumption during flight,which increases the correction error.This paper introduces the level flight test method of keeping the converted weight unchanged and increasing the flight altitude,and gives the relationship between fuel weight and flight altitude when the rotor speed is fixed and the rotor speed changes with the density ratio.Ignoring the effect of height rise on temperature,fuel weight is linearly related to pressure height.The flight test results show that compared with round-trip level flight,variable altitude level flight can reduce the correction error caused by weight and improve the flight test accuracy,at the same time it can arrange the flight test plan more reasonably and reduce the impact of different altitude and temperature on the flight test.
