胆胰外科患者健康素养与生命质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查胆胰外科患者健康素养与生命质量的现状,为提高胆胰外科患者生命质量提供依据。方法选取2020年12月至2021年2月某三甲医院胆胰外科的248例出院患者,采用一般资料调查表、健康素养量表、欧洲五维健康量表调查健康素养及生命质量水平,并分析其相关性。结果胆胰外科患者健康素养为(92.64±17.01)分,健康素养不充足患者为125例(50.40%)。健康效用指数为0.77±0.19,可视化评分为(76.05±17.54)分。健康素养与健康效用指数及可视化评分均成正相关(r=0.311,r=0.398,P值均<0.01)。结论胆胰外科患者健康素养及生活质量有待提高,两者呈正相关。Objective To investigate the status health literacy and quality of life in biliary and pancreatic surgery patients,and to provide evidence for improving quality of life in patients with biliopancreatic surgery.Methods A total of 248 discharged patients from the department of biliary and pancreatic Surgery in a third-class hospital from December 2020 to February 2021 were selected.The general information questionnaire,health literacy scale,and European five-dimensional health scale were used to investigate health literacy and quality of life,and their correlation was analyzed.Results The total score of health literacy in biliary and pancreatic surgery patients was(92.64±17.01)points,and 125 patients(50.40%)had inadequate health literacy.The health utility index was 0.77±0.19,and the the visual score of European five-dimension health Scale was(76.05±17.54)points.There was a positive correlation between health literacy and health utility index and visual score of European five-dimension health Scale(r=0.311,r=0.398,P<0.01).Conclusions The health literacy and quality of life of biliary and pancreatic surgery patients need to be improved,which is positively correlated.
