摘  要:目的:采用系统评价的方法分析降血压肽(ACEI)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压值的影响。方法:利用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数库(WF)、PubMed、Elsevier ScienceDirect等数据库中降血压肽对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压值影响的相关实验。并通过提取文献资料进行质量分析,采用Cochrane提供的统计软件Review Manage5.4对所收集的数据进行统计分析。结果:纳入13篇文献,样本170例,Meta分析结果显示:使用降血压肽来治疗SHR的效果与卡托普利大致相同(MD=5.24,95%CI=[3.03,7.46],P<0.001),但是与阴性对照(生理盐水或蒸馏水)相比治疗效果更佳(MD=-22.88,95%CI=[-25.03,-20.69],P<0.01),并且均具有统计学意义。对于预后心率情况固定效应模型统计:使用降血压肽之后SHR心率显著降低(MD=28.05,95%CI=[14.60,41.51],Z=4.09,P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:降血压肽能够有效地缓解SHR的血压状况。Objective: To analyze the effect of antihypertensive peptide(ACEI) on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) by systematic evaluation. Methods: The effects of antihypertensive peptides on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were searched by computer in CNKI, VIP, WF, PubMed, Elsevier Science direct and other databases. And through the extraction of literature for quality analysis, and the statistical software Review Manage 5.4 provided by Cochrane was used for statistical analysis of the collected data. Results: 13 literatures and 170 samples were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the effect of antihypertensive peptide in the treatment of SHR was roughly the same as that of captopril(MD=5.24, 95%CI= [3.03, 7.46], P<0.001), but it was better than the negative control(normal saline or distilled water)(MD=-22.88, 95%CI= [-25.03,-20.69], P<0.01), and all had statistical significance. For the fixed effect model statistics of prognostic heart rate: after the use of antihypertensive peptides, SHR heart rate decreased significantly(MD=28.05, 95%CI= [14.60, 41.51], Z=4.09, P<0.01). Conclusion: Antihypertensive peptide can effectively alleviate the blood pressure condition of SHR.
