基于数据分析的高校图书馆馆藏优化研究——以中国政法大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：构建高质量的馆藏体系并不断优化,直接或间接影响着图书馆高质量读者服务工作的开展。馆藏优化是要依据馆藏实际数量、馆藏利用率等,真实客观地反映读者需求,从而进行优化调整。因此,基于馆藏资源利用情况分析的馆藏优化研究十分必要。该文以中国政法大学图书馆为例,对昌平校区图书馆2016—2020年近5年图书的入藏情况、利用情况、读者符合程度、学科匹配程度等进行统计与分析,为图书馆馆藏结构调整提供科学依据,并主要从资源采购与调配角度提出馆藏优化建议。The construction and continuous optimization of high-quality collection system directly or indirectly affects the development of high-quality reader service in the library.Collection optimization is to truly and objectively reflect the needs of readers according to the actual number and utilization rate of collection,so as to optimize and adjust.Therefore,the research on collection optimization based on the analysis of collection resource utilization is very necessary.Taking the library of China University of Political Science and Law as an example,this paper makes statistics and analysis on the collection,utilization,reader compliance and discipline matching of books in the library of Changping Campus from 2016 to 2020,so as to provide scientific basis for the adjustment of library collection structure,and puts forward collection optimization suggestions mainly from the perspective of resource procurement and allocation.
