摘　　要：习近平总书记曾在中国百年奋斗历程讲话中明确提出:“重视培养人才、团结人才、引领人才、成就人才,团结和支持各方面人才为党和人民事业建功立业。”这不仅体现了我国领导人对社会主义人才培养制度的深刻认识,更能看出我国对现代化可持续发展人才培养建设的重大决心。在现代这个社会,人才已经成为了推动产业迅猛发展的主力军。大到国家与国家之间,小到行业与行业之间、行业内部之间,也由原来对原料与销售市场的激烈竞争,进而逐步转向注重对人才资源的占有和对人才市场的垄断。由此可见,人才战略必将成为科学可持续发展战略的重要支点,也为当代企业提升竞争能力指出了一条科学有效的捷径。General Secretary Xi Jinping once clearly stated in his speech on China’s century-long struggle:"We should attach great importance to training,uniting,guiding and achieving talents,and unite and support talents from all sectors to contribute to the cause of the Party and the people."This not only reflects China’s leaders’profound understanding of the socialist talent training system,but also shows China’s great determination to the talent training construction of modern sustainable development.In modern society,talents have become the main force to promote the rapid development of industry.From the fierce competition for raw materials and sales market to the occupation of talent resources and the monopoly of talent market.It can be seen that talent strategy will become an important fulcrum of scientific sustainable development strategy,and also points out a scientific and effective shortcut for contemporary enterprises to improve their competitiveness.
