摘  要:近年来,双壳贝类市场竞争日益激烈,贝类脱壳工业迫切需要产业转型,从传统的手工作坊过渡到机械化处理,为此,团队设计了行业领先的高速泄压恒温双壳贝类活体脱壳设备,通过负压吸附分离技术将贝类肉、汁吸入到收纳盒内,保存了贝肉的原汁原味。该产品的研究使得双壳贝类活体脱壳智能化,实现了对劳动力的解放,提升了大规模双壳贝类脱壳作业的效率,具备一定的市场开发前景。In recent years, the bivalve shellfish market has become increasingly competitive, and the shellfish shelling industry has urgent need for industrial transformation from traditional hand workshops to mechanized processing.Therefore, the team designed the industry-leading high-speed pressure relief and constant temperature bivalve shelling equipment, which sucked the shellfish meat and juice into the storage box through negative pressure adsorption and separation technology to preserve the original juice and flavor of shellfish. The research of this product makes the shelling of bivalve shellfish intelligent, realizes the liberation of labor force, improves the efficiency of large-scale bivalve shelling operation, and has a certain market development prospect.
