摘　　要：近年来,随着我国宏观经济社会发展,人才的核心驱动力愈加显现,其培育工作是国之大计、党之大计。同时,在高度开放、自由的市场经济发展模态下,各行业领域竞争越发激烈,对人才的标准要求不断提高,人们越发意识到终身学习的重要性。自此,成人高等教育逐步迈入了高速扩张态势,如何进一步拔高育人实效备受关注。该文以新疆电大开放教育为例,围绕电大开放教育重点专业建设展开研究。首先,结合近年来新疆电大开放教育整体情况,在对重点专业建设现状进行分析的基础上,着重探究了其中存在的主要问题;其次,在上述研究的基础上,就转型背景下新疆电大开放教育重点专业建设策略进行了探讨,以期对电大开放教育专业建设有所裨益。In recent years, with the development of China’s macro economy and society, the core driving force of talents has become more and more obvious, and its cultivation is a major plan of the country and the Party. At the same time, under the development mode of highly open and free market economy, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more fierce, the standard requirements for talents are constantly improving, and people are more and more aware of the importance of lifelong learning. Since then, adult higher education has gradually entered a rapid expansion trend. How to further improve the effectiveness of education has attracted much attention. Taking the Open Education of Xinjiang Radio and Television University as an example, this paper focuses on the construction of key majors in the Open Education of Xinjiang Radio and Television University.Firstly, combined with the overall situation of the Open Education of Xinjiang Radio and Television University in recent years, based on the analysis of the current situation of key specialty construction, this paper focuses on the main problems existing in it;secondly, based on the above research, this paper discusses the construction strategies of key majors of the Open Education of Xinjiang Radio and Television University under the background of transformation, in order to be beneficial to the construction of the Open Education specialty of Xinjiang Radio and Television University.
