摘　　要：高校餐厨垃圾治理是高校食堂后勤工作的重要组成部分之一。本文以广州高校为例,围绕高校食堂餐厨垃圾治理,对500位大学生开展实证调研。结果发现,广州高校当前普遍重视食堂餐厨垃圾治理,但有待加强;广州部分高校学生餐厨垃圾分类意识淡薄,有待提高。这需要从加强顶层设计、加强餐厨垃圾分类宣传、建立健全相关制度等方面提出对策,以增强高校餐厨垃圾治理实效。The treatment of kitchen waste in universities is one of the important components of the logistics work of university cafeterias.Taking Guangzhou universities as an example,this paper conducts an empirical investigation on 500 university students focusing on the treatment of food waste in university cafeterias.The results show that Guangzhou universities generally pay attention to the treatment of canteen food waste,but it needs to be strengthened;some university students in Guangzhou have weak awareness of food waste classification and need to be improved.It is necessary to put forward countermeasures from the aspects such as strengthening top-level design,strengthening the publicity of food waste classification,and establishing and improving relevant systems,so as to enhance the effectiveness of food waste treatment in universities.
