摘 要:针对柴油调合短期调度过程中存在的柴油油品属性波动较大,难以预测和一次调合成功率要求高等实际应用难题,设计了1种适合实际工程应用的柴油调合工艺与短期调度计划集成优化方法,结合国内某炼油厂的柴油调合短期调度现状,建立柴油调合配方优化模型和柴油短期调度优化模型,选择线性规划算法并构建数据库及创建关联数据表,并将模型集成至基于MVC模型开发的柴油调合调度优化软件系统,求解得到调合调度优化结果,实现柴油的质量指标卡边、资源的配置优化以及经济效益最大化。可为柴油的实际生产过程提供理论指导。Aiming at the practical application problems of diesel oil blending and scheduling,such as large fluctuations in diesel oil properties,which are difficult to predict and high requirements for primary blending rate,this paper designed a diesel blending formula and short-term scheduling plan integration optimization method suitable for practical engineering applications.Combined with the diesel blending and scheduling in a domestic refinery,firstly establish a diesel blending formula optimization model and a short-term diesel scheduling optimization model.Secondly,build a database and create a linked data table and an ER model.Finally,integrate the model into the development based on the MVC model.Diesel blending and scheduling optimization software system solves and obtains blending and scheduling optimization results,realizes the quality index of refined oil,optimizes the allocation of resources and maximizes economic benefits,and provides theoretical guidance for the actual production process of diesel.
