区域生态环境与经济耦合高质量发展时空演变分析——以河南省为例

摘　　要：构建区域生态环境与经济耦合高质量发展评价指标体系,基于2010—2018年河南省19个地市的面板数据,采用耦合协调度模型,对河南省2010—2018年生态环境和经济的耦合高质量发展时空演变进行了实证研究。研究发现:研究期内河南省生态环境与经济发展耦合度较高,二者的相对发展指数波动较为频繁,耦合协调等级逐年升高,但距离理想值仍有较大差距,并呈现出以郑州为中心的集聚特征,随着与郑州距离的增加,耦合协调等级逐渐降低。未来,河南省应坚持新发展理念,培育发展新动能,坚持以郑州为中心带动全省整体联动,扩大全方位开放,强化生态环境保护。This paper constructs an evaluation index system of the high-quality development of regional ecological environment coupled with economy.Based on the panel data of 19 cities in Henan Province from 2010 to 2018,an empirical research is carried out to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution of regional coordination degree,using coordination degree model.The result shows that the coupling degree of Henan Province’s ecological environment and economic development is high,the relative development index of the two sub-systems fluctuate frequently,and the coupling coordination level is increasing year by year,but there is still a large gap compared with the ideal value.The result also shows that with the increase of distance from Zhengzhou,the level of coupling coordination decreases gradually.In the future,Henan Province should adhere to the new development concepts,cultivate new drivers of its economic development,it should take Zhengzhou as the center for driving the development of other cities,strengthening ecological environment protection,and expanding whole-scale opening up.
