摘  要:国家“双碳”目标对不断提高化工生产装置的长周期运行水平提出了更高要求,化工生产装置长周期运行不仅可以带来明显经济效益,更能有效降低碳排放。文章结合某乙烯–乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)装置长周期运行的实际情况,统计和分析了EVA装置近10年来装置停车的原因,找出影响装置长周期运行的关键因素,重点从工艺管理、设备管理、技术攻关及人员管理等方面提出了提高装置长周期运行的可行性措施。As the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals proposed,higher requirements have been put forward for the continuous improvement of the long-term operation level of chemical production equipment.The long-term operation of chemical production equipment can not only bring obvious economic benefits,but also effectively reduce carbon emissions.Based on the actual situation of the long-period operation of a certain ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin(EVA)plant of Yanshan Petrochemical,this article counts and analyzes the reasons for the shutdown of the EVA plant in the past 10 years to identify the key factors that affect the long-period operation of the plant.Four aspects,including process management,equipment management,technical research and personnel management,were put forward as feasible measures to improve the long-term operation of the plant.
