摘　　要：目的探讨Lin28的表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理及预后的关系。方法收集12例正常子宫内膜、15例不典型增生子宫内膜、77例子宫内膜癌组织标本,用免疫组织化学法检测Lin28的表达情况,分析Lin28的表达与子宫内膜癌患者临床资料的关系,并使用单因素生存分析进一步研究Lin28与子宫内膜癌的预后关系。结果Lin28在正常子宫内膜组织、不典型增生内膜组织、内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0、6.67%、36.36%,且不同手术病理分期、不同组织学分级、不同病理类型的内膜癌组织,其阳性表达率比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。单因素生存分析示子宫内膜癌Lin28阳性患者复发转移率高。结论Lin28可能参与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展,检测其表达水平对子宫内膜癌的诊断及预后判断具有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Lin28 and the clinicopathology and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods Tissue samples of 12 normal endometrium,15 atypical endometrial hyperplasia,and 77 endometrial carcinoma were collected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Lin28,and the relationship between Lin28 expression and clinical data of patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed.Univariate survival analysis was used to further study the prognostic relationship between Lin28 and endometrial carcinoma.Results The positive expression rates of Lin28 in normal endometrial tissue,atypical hyperplasia endometrial tissue and endometrial carcinoma tissues were 0,6.67%and 36.36%,respectively,and there were statistical differences in the positive expression rates of endometrial carcinoma tissues with different surgical pathological stages,histological grades,and pathological types(P<0.05).Univariate survival analysis showed a high recurrence and metastasis rate in patients with Lin28 positive endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion Lin28 may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma,and the detection of its expression level has certain clinical significance for the diagnosis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
