改良式小梁切除术在临床应用中的效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良式小梁切除术在临床应用中的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年6月在本院眼科就诊的青光眼患者20例(22眼)作为观察组,再选取2020年10月之前的青光眼患者20例(21眼)作为对照组,观察组采用改良小梁切除术切口缝合方式治疗,对照组采用传统切口缝合方式治疗,统计两组患者手术前后的眼压、住院天数、住院费用、前方形成、功能性滤过泡形成、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组眼压、前房形成率、并发症发生率、功能性滤过泡形成率略优于对照组,术后住院天数则缩短了几倍、住院费用也降低了很多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良式小梁切除术是一种效果显著的青光眼治疗方案,能够在改善眼压,防止前房形成,增加功能性滤过泡形成几率的同时,大大缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,属于副作用少、并发症低、经济效益好、临床推广应用价值高的一种治疗手段。Objective:To explore the effect of modified trabeculectomy in clinical application.Methods:Twenty patients(22 eyes)with glaucoma who visited the ophthalmology department of our hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and then 20 patients(21 eyes)with glaucoma before October 2020 were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated with improved trabeculectomy incision suture,and the control group was treated with traditional incision suture.The intraocular pressure,hospitalization days,hospitalization expenses,anterior formation,functional bleb formation and complications before and after operation were counted.Results:Intraocular pressure,anterior chamber formation rate,complication rate and functional filter bubble formation rate in observation group were slightly better than that of control group,and the number of hospitalization days after operation was shortened several times and the hospitalization cost was reduced a lot,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved trabeculectomy is a kind of treatment method with remarkable effect.It can improve intraocular pressure,prevent anterior chamber formation,increase the probability of functional filter bubble formation,and greatly shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the cost of hospitalization.It is a treatment method with less side effects,low complications,good economic benefits and high clinical application value.
