摘 要:伤寒论是中医临床经典课程,其内容既源于基础课程又高于基础课程。因此如何避免教学内容与学生已学知识重复,活跃课堂气氛,改善经典课堂照本宣科的沉闷,一直是伤寒学科教师们在教学改革中力求解决的痛点。思维导图是一种表达放射性思维的图形思维工具,与中医临证时通过某一症状或体征快速展开思考、在通过收集更多症状来鉴别诊断最后制定出最优的诊疗方案的思考路径类似,既可提高学生参与度,激发其学习积极性,提高学习效率,又有助于培养学生“集中-发散”的临床思维,适合在伤寒论甚至中医学的互动式教学中推广。As a classical clinical course of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),content of Shanghan Lun is both derived from and superior to the basic curriculum.Teaching Shanghan Lun has to avoid repeating what students have to learn before.How to active classroom atmosphere,improve the effect of classic course has been difficult point in the teaching reform.Mind map is a tool of expression radioactive thinking of graphics thinking,which is similar as a TCM doctor thinking in clinical through signs or symptoms to made diagnosis quickly,and then work out the best therapeutic.Mind map can improve students’participation,arouse their learning enthusiasm and increase their learning efficiency,which help to cultivate students’clinical thinking,but also help to cultivate students’“central-divergent”clinical thinking,which is suitable for promotion in the interactive teaching of Shanghan Lun and even traditional Chinese medicine.
