中药资源普查加强中医药人才培养的研究

摘　　要：在中医药振兴发展的时代背景下,加强中医药人才培养尤为重要。辽宁省中药资源普查项目吸纳了大量本科生和研究生参与,学生在普查过程中,综合素质全面提升。文章依托中药资源普查项目,从专业知识、实践能力、科研素养以及意志品格4个方面,探讨了中药资源普查对加强中医药院校人才培养的重要意义。Under the background of the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is particularly important to strengthen the personnel training.TCM resources survey project of Liaoning province has attracted a large number of undergraduates and graduate students,while the comprehensive quality of students has been improved during the course of the project.Based on TCM resources survey project,this paper probes into the significance of TCM resource survey for strengthening the students cultivation in Chinese Medicine colleges from aspects of professional knowledge,practical ability,scientific research accomplishment and volitional character.
