摘　　要：文章介绍了我国高职院校多元化生源产生的背景,并分析基于此背景下高职院校学生出现年龄跨度大、社会角色多样、学习能力差别大、学习需求个性化的新特点;分析了多元化生源给高职院校教育带来的新挑战;多元化生源背景下新型师资队伍的建设需求,国内各院校研究者进行的相关探索研究。以期为高职院校人才的培养及教育改革提供参考。This paper introduces the background of diversified students in higher vocational colleges in China,analyzes the new characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges with large age span,diverse social roles,and large differences in learning ability and individualized learning needs,and analyzes the new challenges brought by diversified students to higher vocational education.The construction needs of the new type of teacher team under the background of diversified students,and the relevant exploration and research carried out by researchers of various domestic universities,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of talents and educational reform in higher vocational colleges.
