黑木相思树皮制取栲胶的浸提工艺试验研究

摘　　要：黑木相思树是广西近十年来引种栽培的新树种。在前期研究工作的基础上,本文在实验室进行了黑木相思树皮制取栲胶的浸提工艺研究。结果得出了黑木相思栲胶的最佳浸提工艺条件:首罐温度100℃,压力0.2 MPa,尾罐温度120℃,压力0.4 MPa,浸提时间14 h,添加焦亚硫酸钠量为气干原料质量的1.5%,所得栲胶及其单宁得率超过100%,单宁含量67%以上。此浸提工艺对黑木相思栲胶的工业生产很有参考价值。黑木相思栲胶作为一种新的栲胶品种,值得深入研究,并进一步推广应用。Acacia melanoxylon is a new tree species which has been cultivated and planted in the past ten years in Guangxi.Based on our previous research on Acacia melanoxylon,extraction process of tannin extract from bark of Acacia melanoxylon was studied in this paper.It was shown that the yield of tannin extract from bark of Acacia melanoxylon was over 100%and the tannin content was more than 67%,when the temperature and pressure of the first extracting tank were 100℃and 0.2 MPa,respectively,and the temperature and pressure of the last extracting tank were 120℃and 0.4 MPa,respectively.The extraction process lasted 14 h.Moreover,the weight of sodium pyrosulfite added was 1.5%of the mass of air-dried raw materials.The technological conditions for extraction offered scientific data for real production.Tannin extract of Acacia melanoxylon as a new product is worth further researching.
