地奥司明片联合金玄痔科熏洗散对混合痔的疗效及炎性因子影响

摘　　要：目的探讨混合痔应用地奥司明片口服与金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗联合治疗的效果及对炎性因子影响。方法选取肛肠科2019年6月~2021年6月收治的60例混合痔患者,将所有患者随机分为两组,各30例,对照组采用金玄痔科熏洗散进行治疗,试验组在此基础上联合地奥司明片进行治疗。对比两组治疗效果及水肿、疼痛与炎性因子水平变化。结果试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组水肿评分、疼痛评分、炎性因子(CRP和WBC)水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗7 d及14 d后的水肿评分、疼痛评分和两组治疗14 d后的炎性因子(CRP和WBC)水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明片联合金玄痔科熏洗散治疗有利于抑制混合痔患者体内炎性反应,缓解创口边缘水肿及疼痛症状。Objective To investigate the effect of diosmin tablets orally combined with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi Powder on mixed hemorrhoids and the influence of inflammatory factors.Methods Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Department of Anorectal Diseases in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi Powder,and the test group was treated with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi Powder combined with diosmin tablets.The treatment effect and the changes of edema,pain and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in edema score,pain score,inflammatory factors(CRP and WBC)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The edema score,pain score after 7 days and 14 days of treatment and inflammatory factors(CRP and WBC)levels after 14 days of treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosmin tablets combined with Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi Powder can inhibit the inflammatory reaction in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,relieve the edema and pain at the edge of the wound in patients.
