贵阳市高校传染病管理现状分析

摘　　要：目的:通过了解贵阳市高校传染病管理的现状,为高校做好传染病防控工作提供决策依据。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,走访了贵阳市9所高校,并对高校传染病管理负责人以及2013名大学生进行了访谈和问卷调查。结果:高校传染病组织管理及制度的建立非医学类院校低于医学类院校,各高校制度的落实情况较差,各项工作的记录率仅在44.44%到77.78%之间,大学生参加传染病知识宣传培训率为82.46%。结论:贵阳市高校传染病管理现状不容乐观,应进一步规范学校管理领导班子负责制,加强各项传染病管理制度的落实情况,加大落实情况的监督检查;加强传染病知识的宣传培训力度,促进学生对传染病预防知识的意识提高。Objective:To understand the current situation of infectious disease management in universities in Guiyang,and to provide decision-making basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in universities.Methods:A random sampling method was used to visit 9 colleges and universities in Guiyang,and 2013 college students were interviewed and interviewed.Results:The establishment of the organization,Management and system of infectious diseases in colleges and universities was lower than that of medical colleges and universities.The implementation of the system in colleges and universities was poor,and the record rate of work was only between 44.44%and 77.78%,82.46%of college students participated in the training of Infectious Disease Knowledge.Conclusion:The current situation of infectious disease management in universities in Guiyang is not optimistic.We should further standardize the responsibility system of school management,strengthen the implementation of various infectious disease management systems,and strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation;Strengthen the propaganda and training of infectious disease knowledge,and promote the awareness of infectious disease prevention among students.
