摘　　要：盖塔病毒(GETV)属于披膜病毒科甲病毒属。GETV属于虫媒病毒,可以通过蚊虫感染低等脊椎动物。猪群感染GETV后可发生轻微症状,主要导致怀孕母猪繁殖障碍。目前,GETV在世界范围内流行较为广泛,近年来逐步在猪群中暴发,导致部分猪场经济损失严重。因此,加强对猪源GETV的病原、致病机制和疫苗的研究,对于该病的防控具有更重要的意义。本文对猪源GETV分子结构和病毒复制以及近年来研究进展进行了综述和展望。Getah virus(GETV)is a member of the genus Alphavirus in the family Togaviridae.It belongs to a type of arboviruses that infect lower vertebrates by mosquitoes.Mild signs may occur in the infected pigs,which mainly leads to reproductive disorders in pregnant sows.Currently,GETV is widely prevalent in the world and has been gradually erupting in Chinese pig herds in recent years,resulting in severe economic losses in some farms.Therefore,it is of significance to strengthen the pathogenic mechanism and vaccine development for the prevention and control of the disease.In this paper,we summarized the molecular structure and replication as well as the recent research progress of this virus.
