摘　　要：KLF4(Krüppel-like factor 4)是一种锌指蛋白转录因子,KLFs家族的重要成员之一。KLF4参与肿瘤的发生、发展及侵袭转移过程。上皮间质转化(Epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)是上皮细胞通过特定程序转化为具有侵袭性和迁移性间质表型细胞的可逆生物学过程,尤其在促进肿瘤侵袭转移中有重要作用。近来研究发现,KLF4能激活上皮肿瘤相关标记物表达,同时抑制间质肿瘤相关标记物表达,逆转EMT过程进而抑制癌细胞的侵袭和转移。本文对KLF4与EMT的关系在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。KLF4(Krüppel-like factor 4)is a zinc finger protein transcription factor and an important member of the KLFs family.KLF4 is involved in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of tumors.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)is a reversible biological processes that epithelial cells are transformed into invasive and mobility interstitial phenotypic cells through specific procedures,especially playing an important role in promoting tumor invasion and metastasis.Recent evidence has shown that KLF4 can activate the expression of epithelial-related tumor markers and inhibit the expression of mesenchymal-related tumor markers,thereby reversing the EMT process to inhibit the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.This article briefly review the research progress of the relationship between KLF4 and EMT in tumor.
