摘  要:目的探讨数字机器人在乳腺癌骨转移灶活检诊疗中的应用价值。方法初步分析了2018年5月至2021年5月江苏省人民医院收治的符合选择标准的12例乳腺癌骨转移患者临床资料,其中,2例在机器人辅助下行骨转移病灶穿刺活检术,10例行经皮徒手活检术。活检标本送病理科行组织病理学检查。应用SPSS26.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果机器人辅助活检组和对照组的病灶组织穿刺成功率均为100%,术中出血少,未损伤血管、神经和周围脏器,术后无相关穿刺并发症发生。其中,乳腺癌骨转移的机器人辅助活检组平均手术时间为(52.5±3.54)min,与对照组徒手活检组相比,手术时间显著缩短。两组均取得有效病理结果,明确临床诊断为乳腺癌骨转移。结论数字化机器人辅助穿刺技术具有较高的精准度、稳定性和安全性,有助于乳腺癌骨转移的诊断和治疗,具有巨大的临床应用潜能。Objective To explore the value of digital robot in the biopsy of bone metastasis in breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with bone metastasis in breast cancer in Jiangsu Province Hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were preliminarily analyzed.Two of them had robot-assisted puncture biopsy and 10 had percutaneous freehand biopsy.Biopsy specimens were sent to the Department of Pathology for histopathological examination.SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis.Results The successful rate of biopsy in both robot-assisted biopsy groups and control groupswas 100%.It had less intraoperative bleeding,no damage to blood vessels,nerves and peripheral organs.Moreover,no postoperative puncture complications occurred.Besides,in bone metastases breast cancer,the average operation time of the robot-assisted biopsy group was(52.5±3.54)minutes,which was significantly shorter than the freehand biopsy group.Both groups achieved effective pathological results,confirming the clinical diagnosis as bone metastasis of breast cancer.Conclusions Digital robot-assisted puncture technology has high accuracy,stability and safety,which is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment of bone metastasis in breast cancer and has great clinical application potential.
