摘　　要：文章对北京航空航天大学面对航空发动机战略转型期的本科人才能力重塑改革进行介绍,从转型期的迫切需求以及人才培养的深层次问题着手,提出职业素养、专业能力、通用能力“三位一体”的本科人才能力结构重塑目标体系和总体思路,形成“两个强化”“能力倒推”“融通入专”三方面具体举措,从近7年的执行成效观察改革达到预期的目的。In the face of the new stage of China aeroengine development,this study investigates the rebranding of the ability for the undergraduate talent in Beihang University.Based on the urgent need and underlying problems of talent cultivation,the objective system and general guidelines of rebranding are proposed and include the combination of professional quality,professional ability and general ability.Then,the specific measures of two reinforcements,ability redevelopment and combination general and professional ability are studied.From the assessment of the work effectiveness in the last seven years,the above mentioned reform achieves the expected target.
