摘  要:为适应国家实施的创新驱动发展战略,针对现阶段机电一体化专业技能型人才培养面临问题,创建“教、学、做、赛”相融合的高职技能型人才培养控制模式,在培养人才创新实践模式上实现突破,满足技能人才对创新能力提升的需求。创立“一四四六”能力分段教学模式,推动学生实践能力和创新能力进一步提升,结合学生思想和价值塑造的融合,实现高端技能型人才培养的预期目标,专业教学质量得以快速地提升,对同类高校的职业教育改革起到示范作用。For adapting to the innovation driven development strategy implemented by the state and in view of the problems faced by the cultivation of skilled talents in mechatronics at the present stage,a control mode for the cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges integrating"teaching,learning,doing and competition"is created to achieve a breakthrough in the innovative practice mode of cultivating talents and meet the needs of skilled talents for the improvement of innovation ability.The"one four four six"ability segmented teaching mode was established to further improve students'practical ability and innovation ability.Combined with the integration of students'thought and value shaping,the expected goal of training high-end skilled talents was realized,and the professional teaching quality was rapidly improved,which played an exemplary role in the vocational education reform of similar colleges and universities.
