摘　　要：全面提升本科生素质是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的基本任务。贵州大学农学院扎实围绕“三农”问题,开展教学实践课程,带领学生深入基层“助力乡村振兴”,聚焦理论与实践交互融合的级联培养模式,以生产一线学习和高校资源共享的方式,探索出本科生有益德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的人才培养机制,形成一套新颖的教学体系,为强基础-重实验-塑能力的教学理念提供一定的参考价值。To comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduates is the basic task of training socialist builders and successors.The College of Agriculture of Guizhou University firmly focuses on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",carries out teaching practice courses,and leads students to go into grassroots areas to"help rural revitalization",focusing on the cascade training mode of interaction and integration of theory and practice,in the way of production line learning and university resources sharing,explore the talent training mechanism of undergraduates'all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,a set of novel teaching system has been formed,which provides a certain reference value for the teaching idea of strong basis-emphasis on experiment-plastic ability.
