摘　　要：睡眠障碍患者众多,迫切需要分级诊疗来应对,本文报道1例失眠障碍共病不宁腿综合征、重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和焦虑抑郁状态的成年女患者在社区接受诊治,取得满意疗效的案例,以此阐述睡眠障碍基层首诊的实施方法,为基层医师提供一个可借鉴的睡眠障碍首诊治疗模式。There are many patients with sleep disorders,which urgently need graded diagnosis and treatment.This paper reports a case of adult female patients with insomnia comorbidity restless legs syndrome,severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and anxiety and depression who received diagnosis and treatment in the community and achieved satisfactory results.This paper expounds the implementation method of first diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in primary health care centers.
