冷圈套切术与氩离子凝固术治疗结直肠微型及小型息肉的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较用冷圈套切术(CSP)与氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗结直肠微型及小型息肉的效果。方法:选取广州市广钢新城医院2019年7月至2020年12月收治的60例结直肠微型及小型息肉患者作为试验对象。随机将其分为APC组和CSP组,每组各有患者30例。对APC组患者进行APC,对CSP组患者进行CSP,然后比较两组患者息肉的切除率、术后病情复发的情况及并发症的发生率。结果:CSP组患者息肉的切除率略高于APC组患者,但组间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者在术后12个月内均无病情复发的迹象。APC组患者术后并发症的发生率为23.33%,CSP组患者术后并发症的发生率为6.67%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用CSP与APC治疗结直肠微型及小型息肉的效果相近,但CSP导致的并发症更少,治疗的安全性更高。Objective:To compare the effects of cold trap resection(CSP)and argon ion coagulation(APC)in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods:A total of 60 patients with colorectal micropolyps and s mall polyps admitted to Guangzhou Guanggang New City Hospital from July 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into APC group and CSP group,with 30 patients in each group.APC was performed for patients in APC group and CSP was performed for patients in CSP group,and then the removal rate of polyps,postoperative recurrence and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The removal rate of polyps in CSP group was slightly higher than that in APC group,but there was no statistical significance between groups(P>0.05).In both groups,there was no sign of relapse in 12 months after surgery.The incidence of postoperative complications was 23.33%in the APC group and 6.67%in the CSP group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of CSP and APC in the treatment of colorectal micro-polyps and small polyps is similar,but the complications caused by CSP are less,and the treatment safety is higher.
