摘 要:目的 讨论医教协同背景下中医硕士专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训中PBL教学法改良应用效果研究。方法 随机选取2020年9月至2021年8月期间肛肠科中医专业硕士研究生学历的住院医师进行专业性技术培训人员72名,根据采取的不同的教学方法分组,其中对照组36名住院医师采取传统教学法,观察组36名住院医师采取改良PBL教学法,观察两组学员的两组理论和技能等考核成绩情况。结果 (1)培训前,观察组和对照组学员的技能考核成绩和理论考核成绩差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,观察组技能考核成绩评分为96.3±3.6,对照组技能考核成绩评分为92.8±4.2,统计学处理t=3.796,P<0.001差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,观察组理论考核评分为98.3±9.2,对照组理论考核评分为95.3±6.8,统计学处理t=1.573,P<0.001差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组培训满意度为97.22%,对照组培训满意度为80.56%,χ;=5.062,P=0.024,观察组学员的培训满意度高于对照组,组间数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 在医教协同背景下对中医硕士专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训中采取改良PBL教学法可有效提升学员的理论水平和操作技能水平,应用效果较好,值得应用和推广。Objective To discuss the improvement and application effect of PBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents of postgraduates with master’s degree of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of medical education cooperation. Methods 72 residents with master’s degree in anorectal medicine from September 2020 to August 2021 were randomly selected for professional technical training. They were grouped according to different teaching methods. 36 residents in the control group adopted traditional teaching method, and 36 residents in the observation group adopted improved PBL teaching method, Observe the assessment results of the two groups of students in terms of theory and skills. Results(1) before training, there was little difference between the skill examination results and theoretical examination results of the students in the observation group and the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after training, the score of skill assessment in the observation group was 96.3±3.6, and that in the control group was 92.8±4.2. The statistical treatment t=3.796, P<0.001. The difference was significant(P<0.05). After training, the theoretical assessment score of the observation group was 98.3±9.2 and that of the control group was 95.3±6.8. The statistical treatment was t=1.573,P<0.001. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) The training satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22%, and that of the control group was 80.56%, χ;=5.062, P=0.024, the training satisfaction of the trainees in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the data difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Under the background of medical education cooperation, the improved PBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents of postgraduates with master’s degree of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the theoretical level and operation skill level of students.
