摘  要:教师在教育活动中居重要的地位,是知识的传授者、创业的孵化者,是教学变局的关键因素。该文对长春大学管理学院“3+2”分段制教学双师型师资队伍建设展开研究,发现双师型教师占总教师比重的88.89%;呈现中年、副高级职称、硕士研究生学历教师为队伍主体。发现现存问题后,就加大双师型教师创新创业与实践能力培养力度、将创新创业培养列入“3+2”人才培养计划、制定和完善双师型教师队伍管理的激励机制保障、构建多元化的双师型教师合理引入机制、合理架构双师型教师队伍梯队提出保障机制。Teachers play an important role in educational activities. They are the imparter of knowledge, the incubator of entrepreneurship and the key factor of teaching changes. This paper studies the construction of doublequalified teachers in "3+2" segmented teaching in the School of Management of Changchun University. It is found that double-qualified teachers account for 88.89% of the total teachers;teachers with middle-aged, deputy senior professional titles and master’s degree are the main body of the team. After finding the existing problems, this paper puts forward the guarantee mechanism on strengthening the cultivation of double-qualified teachers’ innovation and entrepreneurship and practical ability, including the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship in the "3+2" talent training plan, formulating and improving the incentive mechanism guarantee for the management of double qualified teachers, building a diversified double-qualified teachers, reasonably introducing the mechanism and reasonably constructing the echelon of double qualified teachers.
