摘　　要：我国网民在当前时期又达到历史新高,而这一时期又出现以下几个关键特征:网民年轻化、信息多元化与后疫情时期的网络安全问题尖锐化。大学生群体是网民中的一级,大学生群体安全使用和利用互联网络信息是我国网络安全的风向标和参考系,在我国网络安全问题方面正存在着大量攻坚克难问题,所以对高校网络安全问题的危机做出分析,对危机做出回应与解答是我国在建设网络安全方面不可缺失的一环。China’s Internet users has reached a record high in the current period, and this period has the following key characteristics: younger Internet users, information diversification and the sharpening of network security problems in the post epidemic period. College students are the first level of Internet users. The safe use and utilization of Internet information by college students is the wind vane and reference system of China’s network security. There are a large number of difficult problems in China’s network security problems. Therefore, it is an indispensable link in the construction of network security in China to analyze the crisis of network security in colleges and universities and respond to and answer the crisis.
