摘 要:针对某一休闲渔船,利用MSC.Patran建立有限元模型,通过定义不同的湿表面单元和船型的吃水情况以及不同质量点的加载,实现了不同载荷工况的加载模拟,获得了船体典型工况下的频率和振型。同时以螺旋桨和主机作为激励源,计算了全船结构在典型工况下的瞬态响应,并对部分区域的结构进行了减振改进,分析了其效果。计算结果表明:船型典型工况下的固有频率和主要激励源频率错开较大,不会发生严重的共振现象。其整体的振动响应幅度能够满足有关标准的要求,所采取的减振方案具有良好的减振效果,能够为同类型休闲渔船的设计与现有休闲渔船船型的减振提供参考。For a recreational fishing vessel,the finite element model was established by MSC.Patran,the load simulation of different load cases was realized by defining corresponding wet surface elements and hull draft and loading of different mass points under different conditions,and the frequency and mode shapes of the ship under typical working conditions were obtained.Meanwhile,with the propeller and main engine as the excitation source,the transient response of the whole ship under the typical working conditions was calculated,the structure of some regions were improved to reduce vibration,and its effect was analyzed.The results show that the natural frequency and frequency of main excitation source were stagger larger and no serious resonance would occur under typical working condition.The amplitude of global vibration response of the ship could meet the requirements of relevant standards,the vibration reduction scheme adopted had good effect,and could provide reference for the design of similar ship type of recreational fishing vessels and and damping of existing ship type.
