摘　　要：针对当前职业教育实践教学管理现状,为了进一步提高职业院校人才培养质量,有必要构建明确目标体系、构建多元教育内容、完善全面保障体系、建立合作共赢机制以及建设科学考评体系,不断完善职业教育实践教学管理模式,为产教融合的人才培养工作奠定坚实基础。In view of the current situation of practical teaching management in vocational education,in order to further improve the quality of talent training in vocational colleges,it is necessary to build a clear goal system,construct multiple education contents,improve the comprehensive guarantee system,establish a win-win cooperation mechanism and build a scientific evaluation system,and constantly improve the practical teaching management mode of vocational education,to lay a solid foundation for the talent training work of the integration of industry and education.
