新时代高校青年思政课教师马克思主义信仰问题探析

摘　　要：基于习近平总书记关于马克思主义与思想政治理论课(以下简称“思政课”)的重要论述,探讨了马克思主义信仰的应有之意,分析了青年思政课教师马克思主义信仰弱化的原因,探讨了增强新时代青年思政课教师马克思主义信仰的实践路径,即从夯实理论基础、厚植深刻情怀、坚定理想信念、加强实践运用四个方面,切实做到对马克思主义的“真学、真懂、真信、真用”,最终达到“知、情、意、行”的统一。Based on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition of“Marxism and Ideological and Political Theory Course”(hereinafter referred to as“Ideological and Political Course”),this paper discusses the meaning of Marxist belief,analyzes the reasons for the lack of Marxist belief among the young ideological and political teachers in universities,and puts forward the practical requirements of Marxism belief of young ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,namely from the four aspects of consolidating the theoretical basis of Marxism,reinforcing the profound feelings of Marxism,strengthening the ideals and beliefs of Marxism,and enhancing the practice and application of Marxism,to urge the young ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities to realize the“true learning,true understanding,true faith and true application”of Marxism,eventually reach the unity of“knowledge,feeling,idea and action”.
