摘  要:目的:观察Broca区高频重复经颅磁刺激、可视音乐、镜像视觉反馈疗法三联治疗学龄期孤独症患儿的效果。方法:选取76例学龄期孤独症患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予可视音乐联合镜像视觉反馈疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予Broca区高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组治疗前后自闭程度[儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)]、重复刻板行为[重复刻板行为检查表(RBS-R)]评分、功能独立性[儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)]评分、病情严重程度[孤独症行为量表(ABC)]、治疗效果[孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)]和发育程度[格里菲斯发育评估量表(GDS-C)]。结果:治疗后,两组CARS、RBS-R评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组WeeFIM评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组自理能力、交往能力、运动能力、感觉能力、语言能力等ABC各维度评分及总评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组健康行为、社交、感知、语言等ATEC各维度评分及总评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组实际推理、视觉表现、手眼协调、听力语言、个人-社会、粗大运动等GDS-C各维度评分及总评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Broca区高频重复经颅磁刺激、可视音乐、镜像视觉反馈疗法三联治疗学龄期孤独症患儿可降低CARS、RBS-R、ABC和ATEC评分,提高WeeFIM和GDS-C评分,优于可视音乐联合镜像视觉反馈疗法治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of triple therapy of Broca area high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,visual music and mirror visual feedback therapy on school-age children with autism.Methods:76 school-age children with autism were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was given visual music combined with mirror visual feedback therapy,while the observation group was given Broca area high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of those of the control group.The autism degree[childhood autism rating scale(CARS)],the repetitive stereotyped behavior score[repetitive stereotyped behavior scale-revision(RBS-R)],the functional independence score[children’s functional independence rating scale(WeeFIM)]score,the disease severity[autism behavior checklist(ABC)],the treatment effect[autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)]score,and development degree[Griffith developmental evaluation checklist(GDS-C)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the CARS and RBS-R scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the WeeFIM scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of ABC dimensions including self-care ability,communication ability,motor ability,sensory ability,language ability and so on and the total scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ATEC dimension scores including health behavior,social interaction,perception
