Lava Ultimate髓超嵌体与Vita TriLuxe髓超嵌体修复在后牙缺损根管治疗患者中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较Lava Ultimate髓超嵌体与Vita TriLuxe髓超嵌体修复在后牙缺损根管治疗患者中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月至2020年3月该院收治的138例后牙缺损患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组69例(78颗)与观察组69例(82颗)。对照组采用Vita TriLuxe髓超嵌体修复治疗,观察组采用Lava Ultimate髓超嵌体修复治疗,比较两组修复效果(边缘密合性、修复体完整性、继发龋、牙龈炎症、对颌牙磨耗)、咀嚼效率、牙龈指标[牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)]评分。结果:两组边缘密合性、修复体完整性、继发龋、牙龈炎症程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组对颌牙磨耗程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GI、SBI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Lava Ultimate髓超嵌体修复应用于后牙缺损根管治疗患者提高咀嚼效率,以及降低对颌牙磨耗程度、牙龈指标水平,其效果优于Vita TriLuxe髓超嵌体修复治疗。Objective:To compare effects of Lava Ultimate endo-overlay and Vita TriLuxe endo-overlay in patients with posterior tooth defects undergoing root canal treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 138 patients with posterior tooth defects admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(69 cases,78teeth)and observation group(69 cases,82 teeth).The control group was treated with Vita TriLuxe endo-overlay,while the observation group was treated with Lava Ultimate endo-overlay.The restoration effects(marginal adaptation,restoration integrity,secondary caries,gingival inflammation,maxillary tooth attrition),the masticatory efficiency,and the gingival index[gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)]score were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the marginal adaptation,restoration integrity,secondary caries,and gingival inflammation between the two groups(P>0.05).The degree of maxillary tooth attrition in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the GI,SBI and other gingival index scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Lava Ultimate endo-overlay restoration can improve the mandibular tooth attrition score and the masticatory efficiency,and reduce the levels of gingival index in the patients with posterior tooth defects undergoing root canal treatment.Moreover,it is superior to Vita TriLuxe endo-overlay treatment.
