摘 要:木工圆锯片是木工圆锯机上实现切割功能的核心配件之一,其性能、结构、制造工艺等参数影响其切割质量和使用寿命。通过对4种木工圆锯片开展试验模态分析,以期掌握圆锯片的振型及其固有频率值,对于做好锯片减振和结构稳定性研究工作具有指导意义。Woodworking circular saw blades are one of the core accessories of woodworking circular saw machines to realize the cutting function.Their performance,structure,manufacturing process and other parameters influence their cutting quality and service life.In this paper,the experimental modal analysis of four kinds of woodworking circular saw blades was carried out in order to master the vibration mode and natural frequency value of circular saw blades,which has guiding significance for the research on vibration reduction and structural stability of saw blades.
