用多层压机生产无醛板的技术研究

摘  要:针对MDI胶的初粘性低以及热压时和热压板易发生粘接的问题,目前一般采用连续压机来生产MDI胶(异氰酸酯)无醛板。连续压机通过添加脱模剂的方法来防止粘接发生,属于化学隔离。多层压机的成本要远低于连续压机,通过使用特氟龙带进行物理隔离的方法,多层压机较好地解决了粘板问题,节省了脱模剂费用,避免了脱模剂产生的二次污染。In view of the low initial viscosity of MDI glue and the easy sticking between raw boards and hot platen during hot pressing,continuous press is generally used to produce MDI glue(isocyanate)formaldehyde-free boards at present.Continuous press can prevent sticking by adding releasing agent,which belongs to chemical isolation.The cost of the multi-layer press is much lower than that of the continuous press.Using Teflon belt for physical isolation,the multi-layer press can better solve the problem of board sticking,save the cost of the releasing agent and avoid the secondary pollution caused by the releasing agent.
