摘 要:脓毒症是重症监护病房(ICU)患者常见的死亡原因,是宿主对感染的反应失调引起的危及生命的器官功能障碍。炎症反应是脓毒症的核心环节,胞(核)外感染信号通过信号转导通路传递至胞(核)内,诱导促炎因子的合成和释放,形成瀑布式级联反应,进而促进脓毒症的发生发展。本文重点阐述Toll样受体4(TLR4)/髓样分化蛋白88、TLR4/β干扰素TIR结构域衔接蛋白、TLR4/NOD样受体蛋白3、Janus蛋白酪氨酸激酶/信号转导及转录激活蛋白、RAS同源基因家族成员(Rho)/RhoA相关卷曲螺旋激酶及AMP活化蛋白激酶等炎症相关信号通路在脓毒症中的研究状况,以期从中找到有效的治疗靶点。Objective Sepsis is a common cause of death in intensive care units. It is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the host’s unbalanced response to infection. Inflammation is the core part of sepsis. The extracellular(nuclear) infection signal is transmitted to the cell(nucleus) through signal transduction pathways. It can induce the synthesis and release of pro-inflammatory factors, forming an inflammatory cascade, and can promote the occurrence and development of sepsis. This article focuses on the research status of inflammation-related signal pathways such as Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88, TLR4/TRIF, TLR4/NOD-like receptor protein 3, Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription, Ras Homolog Gene Family/RhoA-associated coiled helix kinase and AMP-activated protein kinase in sepsis. And it hopes to find effective therapeutic targets.
