基于整体公平度最小极差的席位公平分配模型

摘　　要：针对席位公平分配问题,定义了席位代表人数差量和人数代表席位差量的概念,利用最小极差的思想,提出了一种基于整体公平度最小极差的数学模型。为满足公平分摊原则,在此基础上进一步提出了改进的席位代表人数差量最小极差数学模型和人数代表席位差量最小极差数学模型,并给出了其算法步骤。通过案例,与现有多种席位公平分配方法进行对比,验证了改进的席位代表人数差量最小极差数学模型以及算法的优越性和正确性,同时也说明了上述2种改进的模型的差异性。For the problem of fair seat apportionment,the concept of differential quantity of number of seats on behalf of people and the concept of differential quantity of number of people on behalf of seats were defined on fair allocation of seats,and a new mathematical model of minimum difference of poles on fair allocation of seats based on overall fairness was proposed using the idea of minimum range.Then,in order to satisfy the principle of equitable apportionment,an improved mathematical model of minimum polar difference of differential quantity of number of seats on behalf of people and minimum polar difference of differential quantity of number of people on behalf of seats was further proposed on this basis,and the steps of its algorithm were given.By comparing with various existing methods of fair seat allocation through cases,the superiority and correctness of the improved mathematical model and algorithm of the minimum polar difference of differential quantity of number of seats on behalf of people was demonstrated,and meanwhile,the difference between the two aforementioned improued models was illustrated.
