摘　　要：总结中国字体设计的技术演进,讨论与字体关联的社会观念转变,揭示设计与社会的互动关系,本文认为:20世纪中国近现代字体设计发生了重要变革,机械化改变了手写的方式,现代字体的内容和样式都极大地教育了民众,重塑了民族国家的形象。随着时代的发展,字体设计由一项书写技能发展成为一门系统、多元、开放的学问。Summarizing the technological evolution of Chinese typography design in the 20th century,and discussing the social concept change associated with printing types.This paper reveals the interactive relationship between design and society.This paper holds that important changes have taken place in modern Chinese typography design in the 20th century.Mechanization has changed the way of handwriting.The content and style of modern type have greatly educated the people and reshaped the image of the nation-state.With the development of the times,Chinese typography design has developed from a writing skill to a systematic,diversified and open knowledge.
