摘 要:为解决重要设备竖向低频隔震的问题,通过设置铰接弹簧与四连杆机构,提出了一种竖向变刚度隔震支座,该支座特点是能在静载下有较高的静态刚度和承载力,动载下有较低的刚度。首先详细阐述了竖向变刚度隔震支座的构造和工作原理;在此基础上分析了弹簧刚度和预压长度,连杆初始角度等参数对其力学性能的影响,对比分析了竖向常刚度与变刚度隔震支座的力学性能差异,并针对竖向隔震支座进行有限元分析与理论计算结果对比。最后采用ABAQUS软件分别建立了文物展柜-竖向常刚度(变刚度)隔震支座模型,以展柜的竖向加速度响应为指标进行时程分析,验证了竖向变刚度隔震支座的隔震效果,结果表明竖向变刚度隔震支座具有良好的竖向隔震效果。In order to solve the problem of vertical low-frequency isolation of important equipment, a vertical variable stiffness isolation bearing is proposed by setting up articulated springs with a four-link mechanism. The bearing is characterized by high static stiffness and bearing capacity under static load and low stiffness under dynamic load. Firstly, the structure and working principle of vertical variable stiffness isolation bearing are described in detail. On this basis, the effects of spring stiffness, pre-compression length and connecting rod initial angle on the mechanical properties are analyzed, and the mechanical properties of vertical constant stiffness and variable stiffness isolation bearings are compared and analyzed. The finite element analysis and theoretical calculation results are compared for the vertical isolation bearing. Finally, ABAQUS software is used to establish the model of cultural relics exhibition cabinet-vertical constant stiffness(variable stiffness) isolation bearing, and the vertical acceleration response of the exhibition cabinet is taken as the index for time-history analysis to verify the isolation effect of the vertical variable stiffness isolation bearing. The results show that the vertical variable stiffness isolation bearing has good vertical isolation effect.
