摘　　要：中国特色社会主义政治经济学著作或教材的学理化不足和政策解读味道太浓成了影响中国特色社会主义政治经济学学科建设的“阿喀琉斯之踵”。本文结合习近平的系列重要论述,从哲学基础、科学研究方法、实践认识论三个层面对中国特色社会主义政治经济学的方法论进行研究。唯物主义历史观是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的哲学基础,在生产力和生产关系之间存在“中介范畴”生产方式,生产力—生产方式—生产关系基本原理是其核心命题,把握生产力发展规律是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的创新和发展;社会主义经济基础与上层建筑关系是理解中国特色社会主义的枢纽,国家、文化、理念、意识形态等上层建筑对于构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系具有十分重要的意义。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的研究方法是辩证法,以辩证思维、系统思维、创新思维、底线思维等组成的科学思维方法是中国特色社会主义政治经济学在研究方法上的创新和发展,科学抽象法是其重要组成部分。中国特色社会主义政治经济学在实践认识论上的创新包括提出了坚持问题导向、稳中求进工作总基调等方法。在这三个层面的基础上,本文结合马克思和苏联东欧学者的研究成果,对西方经济学数学滥用进行批判,对数理方法在中国特色社会主义政治经济学中的应用进行分析。The lack of scientific rationality and the undue emphasis on policy interpretation in the works or textbooks of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics have become the Achilles heel of the development of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.This paper studies the three areas—philosophical basis,scientific research method,and practical epistemology—in relation to socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics based on a series of important treatises Xi Jinping systematically expounded.Historical materialism is the philosophical basis of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.There is an intermediary mode of production between the productive forces and the relations of production.The basic principle of the productive forces,mode of production and relations of production is at the core of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.Grasping the law governing the development of the productive forces is an innovation and development of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.The relationship between the socialist economic base and superstructure is the key to understanding socialism with Chinese characteristics.The superstructure such as state,culture,ideas and ideology plays an important role in constructing the theory of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.The research method of socialism with Chinese characteristics is dialectics.The scientific method of thinking composed of dialectical,systematic,innovative and worst-case scenario thinking is an innovation and development of the research method of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,and the scientific abstraction method is one of its important components.The innovation of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics in practical epistemology is to put forward methods as the problem-oriented approach and the principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability.On the basis of the abovementioned three areas,this
