温胃汤加减联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒证幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温胃汤加减联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒证幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取脾胃虚寒证Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用温胃汤加减内服。2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组脾胃虚寒证证候评分、Hp根除率以及临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的77.78%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组脾胃虚寒证各证候评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组Hp清除率为97.78%,明显高于对照组82.22%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温胃汤加减联合四联疗法治疗脾胃虚寒证Hp阳性消化性溃疡疗效显著,可有效改善患者中医证候,提高Hp清除率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Wenwei tang combined with quadruple therapy on the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp) positive peptic ulcer with syndrome of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach.Methods:A total of 90 cases with Hp positive peptic ulcer with syndrome of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, with45 cases in each group. The control group was given quadruple therapy;the observation group was additionally treated with modified Wenwei tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The scores of syndrome of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach,Hp eradication rate and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group,higher than that of 77.78% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of syndrome of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than that of 82.22% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Wenwei tang combined with quadruple therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer with syndrome of deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach,which can effectively improve the Chinese medicine syndromes of patients and enhance the Hp eradication rate.
